Besides cooperation with European art education institutions the Royal Academy of Art has a close cooperation in the field of student exchange with a number of overseas art education institutions.

Application procedure

Students interested in spending a study period at our institute are required to apply through a special application procedure. As part of this procedure, students will need permission from their home institute. In addition, a special application form has to be completed. International students who want to apply for a student exchange at the Royal Academy of Art should take the following into consideration:

• the deadline for applications is 1 May for the Winter term which starts in September and ends in December and 1 October for the Spring term which starts in January and ends in June.
