ArtScience is a bachelor program for students who feel attracted to
combining an interest in studying creative and performing arts with an
interest in developing scientific skills. It is organized in such a way
that individual creative and performing qualities will be developed in
combination with the exploration of the basic principles underlying the
making of art. This means that besides discovering individual forms of
expression, students will take part in research projects covering all
aspects of the process of creation itself. Individual creative skills
will be coached through a series of compact introductory courses centred
on topics such as Sense Interference, Ear Cleaning, Sketching Methods,
Sound/Color/Form, Music Theater, Image and Sound and Interaction Models
in Sound and Space.
